Service
Concrete & material recycling
We recover clean, hard demolition material, concrete, brick, rock and asphalt, into graded, reusable road base on your site. This is material recovery for civil and demolition contractors, producing a usable product. Even oversized slabs and heavily reinforced concrete are handled: the Komplet Krokodile shredder breaks the tough material down first, then the RUBBLE MASTER RM 70GO! 2.0 crushes it to a graded, spec-compliant product in one continuous process. It is not a mixed-waste, skip-bin or general-waste service.

Who it is for
Demolition contractors, civil contractors and developers with clean concrete, brick, rock and asphalt to recover. We work with clean hard material only, never mixed or general waste.
What we process
- Demolition concrete (rebar liberated and separated)
- Brick and masonry
- Rock and clean hard fill
- Asphalt and road planings
The outcome
What you get on site
Recycled road base
Clean hard material crushed into graded, compactable road base instead of being carted to tip.
Sized to your job
Graded in the machine to the size you need: road base, drainage gravel and 5 mm or 10 mm aggregate for base, sub-base and fill.
Contractor partnerships
Ongoing arrangements with demolition and civil crews for repeat recycling.
On site or by arrangement
Crushing brought to your project, or material handled by arrangement.
Two-stage processing
Built for tough, oversized material
Not all demolition concrete arrives ready for a crusher. Oversized slabs, tangled rebar and heavily reinforced sections need breaking down first. Recycling King runs a two-stage mobile setup, so it takes hard material straight off site, however oversized or reinforced, and hands back clean, reusable product in one continuous process.
Komplet Krokodile
Mobile shredder · the muscle
The Krokodile tears through oversized concrete, embedded rebar and steel-laced demolition sections, getting material a crusher cannot swallow down to a manageable, crusher-ready size and freeing the embedded steel that would jam or wear a crusher.
RUBBLE MASTER RM 70GO! 2.0
Impact crusher · the precision
The pre-processed material feeds straight into the RM 70GO! 2.0, which does the precision work: crushing it to spec-compliant aggregate or RAP, graded to 5 mm or 10 mm and weighed on the onboard scale, ready to reuse.
Hard material straight off site, no matter how oversized or heavily reinforced, turned into a clean, reusable product in one continuous process. No double-handling, no delays, and no loads turned away because they are too hard.
In depth
What this means on your site
Demolition concrete recycling turns what used to be a disposal cost into a usable product. We recover clean, hard construction and demolition material, concrete, brick, rock and asphalt, and crush it into graded, compactable recycled road base. For demolition and civil contractors across South-East Queensland and New South Wales, recovering material on site cuts the cartage and tipping that eat into a job, and reduces how much new aggregate you have to buy and truck in. Because we run a two-stage setup, with the Komplet Krokodile shredder reducing oversized and reinforced material before the RM 70GO! 2.0 crushes it, even tough, heavily reinforced concrete loads are processed on site in one pass rather than stockpiled or carted away.
This is material recovery for the construction industry, not a mixed-waste or skip-bin service. We work with clean hard material only: reinforced and plain concrete, brickwork and masonry, excavated rock and reclaimed asphalt. Reinforcing steel is separated automatically by an on-board magnet, and the finished product is a gradable aggregate suited to fill, base and sub-base. For general or mixed waste, our sister company Skip King Recycling can help.
