What civil and demolition buyers ask before booking the crusher.

Recycling King provides mobile concrete crushing and construction and demolition recycling across South-East Queensland (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Toowoomba) and New South Wales (Sydney, Western Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle).

The RM 70GO! 2.0 processes concrete, asphalt and rock into reusable base and sub-base material. It handles reinforced concrete, liberating and separating the reinforcing steel from the crushed aggregate.

The RM 70GO! 2.0 has a throughput of up to 140 tonnes per hour, which is high for a compact, single-operator machine.

The RM 70GO! 2.0 moves on the same trailer as a standard excavator and goes from trailer to crushing in about 20 minutes, with no special hand tools required.

We bring the crusher to your site and recycle concrete, asphalt and rock where it is generated. Crushing on site reduces truck movements, tipping fees and the volume of material leaving the project.

No. Recycling King recovers clean hard material, concrete, asphalt and rock, for civil and demolition contractors. We do not provide mixed-waste or general-waste removal.

The RM 70GO! 2.0 is fully operated from the cabin by one trained operator, with radio remote backup, which keeps people clear of the crushing zone. We work in with your site induction and traffic management.

We work with civil contractors, demolition contractors, councils and developers, including jobs for C Civil and Fulton Hogan. No jobs too big, none too small.

Quotes start from $8 per tonne. The RM 70GO! 2.0 is billed per tonne, metered by its onboard scale so you pay on actual output, and the Crocodile is hired per hour. Transport is quoted fairly based on your location.

Yes. Both the RM 70GO! 2.0 crusher and the Crocodile are available wet hire (with our operator) or dry hire.

Yes. Recycling King is fully licenced and holds a Queensland Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA) for on-site recycling.

No. At 24 tonnes the RM 70GO! 2.0 travels on a standard float without oversize classification, escorts or special measures, which keeps mobilisation costs down. Transport is quoted by location.

By the crusher's onboard belt scale. The RM 70GO! 2.0 weighs material as it is crushed, so billing is based on actual tonnes produced rather than truck counts or estimates, and usage reporting is available for project records.

graded to 5 mm or 10 mm, which is finer than most compact crushers can grade. The output is a cuboid, compactable aggregate suited to road base, sub-base and structural fill, with oversize recirculated through the closed-loop screen in a single pass.

Yes. The RM 70GO! 2.0 liberates reinforcing steel as it crushes and an onboard magnetic separator lifts the rebar out automatically, leaving clean, reusable aggregate.

Recycled concrete aggregate is crushed, graded concrete reused as road base, sub-base, hardstand and structural fill. Produced on site, it replaces virgin quarry aggregate, which means less material carted to landfill and less new product trucked in.

You do. Recycling King is a crushing service, not an aggregate buyer: the road base produced on your site is your product to reuse or sell. That is usually the biggest saving in the job.

No jobs are too big or too small. Because the RM 70GO! 2.0 is billed per tonne off the onboard scale and mobilises without oversize transport measures, smaller stockpiles that would not justify a big crushing spread still stack up.

A compact footprint with a low feed height, loaded by a standard excavator. The RM 70GO! 2.0 is built for tight sites, laneways, live sites and staged demolitions where a full-size crushing spread will not fit.
